Q1: When does the admission process begin?
Our admissions open in April for the new academic session starting in August. Specific dates are announced on our website and official communication channels.
Q2: What are the age requirements for each grade level?
Age placement is based on the student’s age as of July 31st. For example, students entering Pre-Nursery should be at least 3 years old by July 31st.
Q3: What documents are required for the admission application?
The following documents are required:
- Birth certificate or Form-B (NADRA)
- Copies of parents’ CNIC
- Two recent passport-sized photographs of the student
- Previous school’s report card (for Grade 1 and above)
- School leaving certificate (if applicable)
Q4: Is there an admission test or interview?
Yes. Students undergo an age-appropriate assessment and an informal interview. For Grades 1 and above, basic competency in English, Urdu, and Mathematics is evaluated.
Q5: What is the admission fee structure?
Detailed fee structure, including admission fee, annual charges, and monthly tuition fee, is shared with parents during the admission process. We ensure transparency and provide an official fee schedule.
Q6: Are there any discounts or scholarships available?
Yes, we offer merit-based and need-based scholarships. Eligibility criteria are available at the admissions office as well as under the fee and scholarship link.
Q7: What is the medium of instruction?
The medium of instruction is English, with an integrated focus on Urdu and Islamic Studies to ensure bilingual and Islamic character development.
Q8: Does the school offer Hifz-e-Qur'an and Islamic Studies programs?
Yes. We have a structured Islamic Studies curriculum along with an optional Hifz-e-Qur’an program supervised by qualified instructors.
Q9: What co-curricular activities are offered?
Our school emphasizes holistic development and offers sports, arts and crafts, PBL, leadership clubs, and tarbiyah-based events.
Q10: How do I apply for admission?
You can collect the Admission Form from our campus or apply online via our website. Our admission team will guide you through every step.
Q11: Can I visit the school before applying?
Absolutely! We encourage you to visit our campus. School tours are available by appointment to meet with our admissions team and view the facilities.
Q12: How long does the admission process take?
After submission of the application form and documents, the admission process typically takes 7–10 working days, including assessment and interview results.
Q13: What curriculum do you follow?
We follow an integrated curriculum that combines national and international standards, enriched with Islamic values and 21st-century skills.
Q14: What if my child is transferring from another school mid-year?
We accommodate mid-year transfers subject to seat availability and assessment performance.
Q15: Is transportation available for students?
Yes, transportation services are available on selected routes. Details can be obtained from the administration office.
